Delivery will be via Japan Post or Yamato Transport.
You cannot choose the delivery company. Please check the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.

For purchases over ¥8,000 (tax included): Free shipping to Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu / ¥1,000 to Hokkaido and Okinawa For purchases under ¥8,000 (tax included): ¥700 to Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu / ¥1,000 to Hokkaido and Okinawa
Your order will be shipped within 4-7 business days after payment is completed.
Please note that if your order includes Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or non-business days, the order will be shipped excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and non-business days.
You can specify the delivery date within two weeks after the 5th business day. Please write it in the order notes.
If no specification is given, the item will be shipped as soon as possible (excluding weekends, holidays, and busy periods).

The delivery date and time cannot be changed after the item has been shipped. Please check the delivery notification email that will be sent to you after the item has been shipped, and contact the delivery company yourself to change the delivery date and time.
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence and ask you to arrange for redelivery.
Please note that we will store your package for 7 days from the date of initial delivery, and if the storage period expires, the package will be returned to us. We cannot reship returned products, so please place a new order.
In this case, we cannot refund shipping fees, and will only refund the product price.
